Wudang shan - it's pretty much about wu-shu too



The birth-place of the 'softer'/gentler forms of kung-fu as opposed to the 'harder' variant(s) practiced in the Shao-lin in the neighbor province's mountain, the traditions in the mountain are strong and vigorously maintained, virtually everywhere.
