Mingling with History: Greeting Dion-Isus at Perperikon

The Dionysus rites still dance alive their magic and captivate spectators on the biggest megalith in Europe. (bigger than Mycenae and Troy, that is)
Worshiped with rites, wine and entangled with magic; encircled later in a city, Perperikon's shrine atop the mountain has seen the sun come and go for about 7 millennia, with the same mathematical precision noted by its Thracian shamans.

The Perperikon's web site is very cool and informative.
Nothing can beat facing the real enchantment and magic the place holds though.
