TIBET - 5 Sershu Dzong

Here is one of the biggest monasteries in this ridden by wild, long-haired horsemen and women!! town.
It occurred to me - the bigger and more lustrous the monastery - seemingly - the more forgotten from god (poorer) the surrounding place.. - a relationship I ponder upon for a while..
On my arrival, a wo
man treated me to a snack she was eating herself in the street, and soon after I purchased 2 bags from it, an elderly man, obviously very hungry, grasped on 1 of the bags I'd just bought and literally didn't leave me many options more than letting the bag go for him. Local customs, I shrugged off the whole give-take thing, nonetheless happy to participate in the circle.
The Tibetan theater? ballet? outside town was a great treat too, despite the continuous rain.
