With Gratitude & Thank you for the tsompa!!

“Have a good heart, act with kindness; nothing is more important than that.” from Enlightened Vagabond. Patrül Rinpoche
To all the kind people who made hot, polluted and way overly humid & rainy
Sunjing, loved the Confucius temple by night, that should be noted.
Wu Jie & ChenZhe & William (Kong) and a anonymous guy - thank you for picking me up and caring for me getting it right geographically in Kunming.
Shaopi – Dali was more fun sharing your travel stories and a dinner.

Thinking of all the nice people from
Little Moon (a special mention), wish you rest your restless soul in peace & happiness at all the places you'd like to (the least in the capital and the country??) …
Mu Shuang & Pierre, the best! company to get all the way to Dege, where none of us would have made it on his/her own.
With you even the armed robbers on the road in the night were a piece of cake. Well, a bit of a good luck and an onboard lama's prayers also withstanding..
To the greatly wonderful Tibetan people who hosted me, fed me and else shared all they had - especially their kindness and good hearts: big, BIG, warmest thank you:
The artist’s family at the 13 stupas facing the 13 holy summits around Mt Meili /
The nice family at the nomads' gathering near Litang.
Little sister and family in Dege – may you preserve your clear light radiant personality and big hearts. Now that the 49-day mourning is over, hope you’re all well and at peace.
Yes, I know you don’t need anything and you’re happy – may it be so.
Tutangale, Pentso, Pedo, Shila, Shidjo - KA DJO – big one.. – you’re all in my heart.
We shall go to
Young monks at Lushu monastery – thank you for that double instant noodles in an appropriate moment!! – Thereafter, I started stocking instant noodles myself - good travel companion.
The smoking lama with rifle and ammunitions above his bed who hosted me near Yushu and wanted to share all his supplies with me. Loved your simple house and even the overly salty janton!!!
I was craving to take advantage of your extended invitation and warm heart on the return.. Will surprise you some time again!!! (now, that I know you don’t shoot your overnight guests.. :) Wish you well till then.
The nice, readily bursting in laughter family in Yushu – never before could I imagine a ‘Tashi dalek’ could be a start of so much fun and nice experience.
Djoma and ‘I Love You’ .. no words... Hope you’re well and somewhat fit your non-standard personalities to your environment...
Wish you love and happiness. I love you too.
Lamas/monks and house host/owner near Ganzi, thanks for the great insight into the house blessing ceremonies, articles a monk carry and for extended, greatly warm hospitality (feeding & hosting me). Nothing, though, can top the 10 RMB I got for my "participation" in the blessings!
WOW!! (it was all so much fun when I was struggling, almost down, so sick.) May your house/building - whatever you do with it - be very blessed.
Hope I make it, as per invitation, and experience your big hearts warmth again at the monastery.
To the numerous people I hitchhiked with (even to those who wanted money for it). Especially to those who generously stopped and offered a ride without me giving any sign as of lost or found on my way.
The most memorable from them: the police man who was stopping and collecting everyone along the road (it sounds ambiguous, but he was a wonderful person indeed, as nearly everyone in/near Yushu);
The mantras chanting motorbike rider with whom we got over a couple of passes over 4500m.. – I should have left with you Nancy’s gloves which you liked so much. Who knew I wouldn’t have needed them anymore in
Shan Shan.. I owe you much, email back please. That huge river still runs with your name and sometimes waters my memories.
The nice taxi driver who hunted pheasants with stone sling (seemingly hungry..), while driving me Dzongdian-Deqin, and afterwards returned my left behind nice North Face jacket .- more expensive than the taxi fare + small tip (despite his mild protests against the tip) I give you.. We shared many nice moments without understanding a word of each other's languages!
English speaking lama and monks with the 4x4 wheel Toyota, you were a true blessing in the snow at the Nganba-la Pass (4,700m, July, 2007) and the Sershu Dzong's rain and mud.
And, to many, many more..
Lovingkindness in action, what great lessons to carry on in my heart.
